Some domains were originally registered and built upon as early as 2001. Almost all were originally registered and built upon between 2001 and 2004. None of these domains, since I've owned them were ever "parked". At one time this empire produced over $4,500 per month. Income has fallen drasticaly over the past 2.5 years due to my neglect. I do not have current income records from these domains as there are other domains currently tied in with these and it's impossible to determine exactly which domains are producing what income. All content was hand coded by me. I did not use any type of software that adds unwanted coding. Some sites were built using my own personal site build software but it does not add unwanted code such as Dreamwever or Homesight etc. etc. All adverts were written/composed by me except for RSS adverts which I created from sponsor's RSS/XML feeds. Most graphics are screen caps and other images supplied by the sponsors. The value of this portfolio lie within the large amount of organic Google, Yahoo, Bing and additional search engine listings, high traffic volume, the domain names themselves and income potential. There was never any purchased traffic. Visit the 'TRAFFIC STATS" link next to each domain. These are page saves from October 27th 2009 and shows traffic for each month of 2009 to date. Note the amount of organic traffic coming from Google, Yahoo, Bing as well as other search engines and link trades etc. etc. I have other business and personal commitments that have caused me to neglect this portion of my business for several years now. This portfolio of sites deserves more care and attention than I am able to give it. By applying some good old fashioned webmaster monitization skills and marketing a new owner can return this portfolio to its former glory. All domains have at least 4 months of registration remaining and some don't expire for almost 1 year. All domains have privacy protection. All domains - including privacy protection - will be "pushed" to your Namecheap.com account. for free. Your Namecheap.com account is free to open if you don't have one.
